I realized that willpower alone was a failing strategy. You cannot simply "try harder" when the architecture of your environment and schedule is built to keep you stationary and depleted. The realization changed my entire approach to wellness. It wasn't about a rigid diet; it was about metabolic momentum.
At the age of 38, I began rebuilding my rhythm from the ground up. I focused on habit stacking and environmental shifts that made the right choices the easiest choices.
